The ability to design, install and take ownership of a complete ‘system’ has always had huge appeal, and the plumbing trade met these criteria when I was deciding what to do as a profession. The 6 years of training to become fully qualified was a surprise to me at the time, but reflects the importance of the trade and public safety.  Further to this, the industry provides real opportunities, and our business has grown from plumbing installations, to gasfitting, drainage, HVAC

heating and on-site hydraulic design. Every day is different and challenging; however, our goal is still always the same; develop our team to being the best they can be, and ensure our clients get the best value and service experience. 

My introduction into the plumbing sector was through school holiday work via the family business. This induction took me down the path of becoming fully trade qualified and in business by the time I was twenty-one.

With my trade back-ground and a few years on the tools and in business, I went on to complete a business degree with Auckland University. From here I work in marketing for Marley, Caroma & Tegel Foods/NRM and learnt a lot about teamwork and the importance of relationships.

It was with this combination of work experiences over a number of years that I really appreciated the value that could be added to a business such as ours, and how this could be achieved. 

Having worked for one of the largest FMCG companies as a sales manager, I know the importance of teamwork and service. No matter what industry you work in, delivering consistent and exceptional service is challenging, however, good processes make it easier. We have a talented team of guys who I am proud to work alongside and give me the confidence you’ll have a great customer experience.
